Former Vogue Paris editrix, Carine Roitfeld, and swimsuit model Kate Upton may seem like an unlikely pairing, but according to Fashionista.com, sources say the two have teamed up on the launch of Roitfeld's new magazine project, CR.
According to Fashionista, "Kate Upton is 'Carine’s new Lara Stone'"—in reference to the supermodel who often graced the pages of Vogue Paris despite being just-this-side-of-supermodel in terms of curves. The rumors place Kate on the cover of Carine's debut issue, which is set to launch this September.
