Mitchel Musso, Former Hannah Montana Star, Arrested for DUI
Mitchel Musso, a 20-year old actor best known for his role as Oliver Oken on Hanna Montana star, was arrested in Burbank this weekend for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The most damaged aspect of the arrest? Musso's aforementioned age. Dude is only 20!
The incident took place at 3:43 a.m., according to Burbank Police Sgt. Sean Kelley, who told E! News: "An officer was directing traffic and Musso failed to slow down when coming to the intersection. He didn't obey instructions and was pulled over. A DUI investigation was held and he was given a field sobriety test.
"Musso is 20 years old so any alcohol in his system is illegal. He was well over the 0.08 limit."
The actor, who released a CD in 2009, was freed from custody after a few hours. No word yet from him, his reps or Miley Cyrus.
