Over here at Stylebistro, we go by the words of designer Vivienne Westwood: "When in doubt, overdress." So, no, Jessica, you can never be "too fashion." Even Santa Monica isn't super warm this time of year, so she smartly wore a pair of opaque tights and a sleek blazer for the occasion.
It's easy to see why she has such a big fashion (and Twitter) following. No doubt this versatile ensemble will be inspiring some new stylish office wear purchases.
