Katy Perry Unveils New Ultra-Blue Hair Color

The last time we saw Katy Perry she was looking so demure with her golden blond bob (with subtle blue streak) she gave us pause. After seeing the perky pop star continually try out the boldest and brightest looks, the new quieter, more natural-looking style really sparked our curiosity.

Turns out we needn't have been confused or concerned. While Katy looked fantastic, we were used to seeing her sporting a much stronger style. Well, 'lo and behold, our Kolorful Katy is back with freshly tinted hair! A photo surfaced showing her still wearing the sleek classic bob, but her tresses are now an intrepid indigo! Katy has tried blue locks in the past, but she relied on wigs to create the azure effect.

We applaud Katy for returning to her signature statement-making style and highly anticipate seeing her show off the new blue hue. She's proven that she can pull off almost any look and we're continually inspired by her fearlessness when it comes to fashion. Kudos, Katy!
