During her Italian vacation, Karolina Kurkova found time to hit the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival in style. The model took her purple keyhole dress straight from Fendi's Spring 2011 runway and teamed it with the label's color blocked heels. The olive cloth sandals have buttery yellow ankle straps, peach accents and a partial black wedge. The effortlessly chic star pared down the look with a low-key bun and cherry stained lips.
