Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian are known for their love of all things cosmetic. The three sisters have openly joked about their penchant for packing on the products. However, when business woman Sarah Ehrlich tried to slap the Kardashian name on an eyelash-enhancing formulation, the ladies K. weren't laughing.
According to TMZ, the product Ehrlich was peddling promotes lash growth and proceeds would help to send Honduran orphans to cosmetology school. A noble cause, but she failed to obtain permission for use of the Kardashian name. In fact, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe claim they were never even approached about the plan.
The Kardashians are now threatening to take action against a petition Ehrlich filed to trademark the KardashianLash name. As if this potential judicial issue weren't enough, Khloe is currently being sued for assault and battery while Kim is busy having her marriage annulled. Will there be no end to the current Kardashian legal woes?
