Rose Byrne strode the red carpet at the 2012 Academy Awards shining from head to toe. She was radiant from her dazzling sequined Vivienne Westwood gown to her ultra-shiny perfectly smooth pageboy and luminous skin.
We couldn't wait to recreate a little of her lustrous look, so celebrity makeup artist Talia Shobrook kindly provided us with step-by-step instructions and product recommendations perfect for duplicating Rose's resplendent style:
1. Use a highlighter base – like Laura Mercier Primer Radiance – to create the look of fresh, dewy, glowing skin without glitter.
2. Since her smoky eyes are the highlight of her look, it is essential that brows are sculpted and defined with a brow pencil.
3. A smoky eye can be achieved by smudging Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour on the lid.
4. Rose stayed on-trend with a neutral peach lip which can be achieved by applying Laura Mercier Lip Glace in Baby Doll.
