André Leon Talley has officially announced his departure from America's Next Top Model. After three cycles as a judge on the show, Talley has made an amicable split from Tyra Banks' uber-successful series. The Vogue edtior told Page Six, "It’s all good in the neighborhood…I had a fabulous time. It was a mutual agreement. There is no unhappiness, at all.”
But who will fill the eccentric judge's shoes, err, extravagant mumus? The ANTM producers have called upon Kelly Cutrone. Reality television fans will be familiar with the fashion publicist for her stints on The Hills, The City and her own reality spin-off, Kell on Earth.
Cutrone is thrilled about the career move, stating, "I am a huge fan of America's Next Top Model and have watched the show for years...I am excited for this new opportunity and hope to bring a different perspective to the show." We'll miss Talley and his rule breaking fashion statements, but we'll be tuned in for the 18th season of fab photo shoots and Tyra jumpsuits.
